International shipping is not currently available.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations

Customers may contact INULAX within 30 days of receiving an order to report damaged products, missing items, incorrect shipments, delivery concerns, or dissatisfaction with a purchase.

Depending on the circumstances, INULAX may provide a replacement or process a refund in accordance with its published refund policy.

Refund requests based on product dissatisfaction may be subject to the 30% restocking fee identified in our current refund policy. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within seven business days.

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
